Eagles Rest Ministries serves pastors and missionaries who need a place to get away with their families.
Approved Ministry Guests
Eagles Rest Ministries serves full-time or bi-vocational lead pastors, teaching pastors on staff at a church, currently-active full-time overseas missionaries or Tentmaking Global Workers (sent by or connected with a verified church or missionary agency), and executive directors of Christian ministries, who need to get away with their families. All ministry guests must read and agree with our Statement of Faith.
Our focus
We have chosen to focus our limited resources on serving people in these specific types of ministry. Many other hospitality ministries are able to serve a much broader range of people in ministry. Because many of those ministries can accommodate only a couple or a single person, and because we have access to cabins at Nystrom's Resort, we choose to focus primarily on ministry families. We still gladly serve singles and couples, but our priority is ministry families.
How it works
1. Apply to become an Approved Ministry Guest by telling us about yourself and your ministry using this form.
2. If you qualify, we will let you know you are an Approved Ministry Guest. If you request it on the form, we will also add you to our Short-Notice Lodging List and we will contact you when cabin time opens up on short notice.
Hew much does it cost?
Cabin stays are free to our Approved Ministry Guests, but we do ask for a refundable deposit. See details on this page.

Resort guests make ministry stays possible
Anybody can rent a cabin at Nystrom's Resort. Every cabin or boat rental helps make more cabin weeks available for our ministry guests.
