The cost estimate for the "Finish and Furnish" phase for Sycamore Lodge was $200,000, including everything from plumbing to bed sheets, curtains to cabinets and mattresses to microwaves.

As of September 17, 2026, Eagle's Rest needs about $60,000 to complete that phase.

• Spread the word. Tell others who might be interested in coming as a guest or partnering with us in any of these ways.

• Send your pastor or missionary and their family. If you can, sponsor their stay. Contact us about how. Have them apply to be an Approved Ministry Guest. 

• Rent a cabin or send a friend to rent one at Nystrom's Resort. Every resort cabin or boat rental helps make Sycamore Cabin and our other cabins available to missionaries and pastors through Eagles Rest Ministries. 

• Put on a retreat. With Sycamore Lodge as the gathering place with two large living rooms and two full kitchens, Nystrom's Resort is a great place to host a retreat. Contact us for details.
